Room 202 was notably spacious and well-furnished, featuring a flat-screen TV, a comfortable bed with welcoming pillows, and effective heating - essentials for a restful night. The hot, strong shower added to the overall relaxation. The breakfast buffet provided a solid selection, with made-to-order eggs and unique juice options, although fruit choices appeared somewhat limited. The attentive staff upheld excellent service throughout my stay. the hotel facilitated a timely and reasonably priced airport shuttle service, enhancing convenience. While Casona Plaza embodies a balance of comfort and accessibility, it represents a financially wise choice for travelers seeking both relaxation and an opportunity to experience Puno without extravagant costs. Thus, for those navigating the spectrum of luxury and value, this hotel stands out.
